His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak, with representatives of the participant communions and organizations of CCT, met together from 3 to 5 of October 2018, in Wichita, KS, for the 2018 Annual Convocation.
This year’s theme was: “Let Talk About Life”. The participants listened to each tradition’s perspective on life. They engaged in a respectful discussion seeking to learn from each other and discerning ways to build a consensus, rather than focussing on the historical division. During the meeting, the participants engaged also in a dialogue on racism and what does it mean to be a disciple of Jesus in the USA today.
