On May 10th, 2019, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak joined His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II for the Episcopal ordination of three new Bishops for the Armenian Church in Armenia. Among these three new Bishops was Bishop Daniel Findikyan the Primate of the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church in America. Their Eminences: Mor Theethose Yeldo, Metropolitan of the Malankara Archdiocese of North America, and Mor Timotheos Matta Al-Khoury, Patriarchal Vicar for the Patriarchal Archdiocese of Damascus were present too. On Sunday May 12th , 2019, They participated in the Holy Qurobo and attended the ordination of the Bishops at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. At the end of the Holy Qurobo, His Eminence our Archbishop Mor Dionysius greeted and congratulated the newly ordained Archbishops on behalf of our entire Archdiocese.
