On Tuesday, October 31st, 2017, His Eminence Archbishop Mor Dionysius John Kawak, accompanied by the Very Reverend Fr. Saliba Alkassis, was invited by the Consul General of Lebanon in New York, Majdi Ramadan, and Mrs. Vanessa Raphael Ramadan to attend a reception in honor of His Beatitude John X, the Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch.
His Eminence had the pleasure of meeting His Beatitude and thanked him for his clear position regarding the Middle East crisis and wished him a safe journey back home.
