On Sunday, April 22nd, 2018, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak and several other clergy members from the Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church attended V. Rev. Fr. Gabriel Adde’s 40 Year Priesthood Anniversary. The event took place at the Woodbury Country Club in Woodbury, NY.
His Eminence, in his speech, prior to congratulating V. Rev. Fr. Gabriel Adde, thanked the congregation for taking the initiative to celebrate his 40 Year Priesthood Anniversary. By the end, His Eminence, after thanking V. Rev. Fr. Gabriel Adde for all of his years of service, presented him the Holy Cross as a token of appreciation. And, at the same time, His Eminence presented the icon of the Virgin Mary to his wife, Bath Qyomo Nadia, for being a faithful and great helper to her husband.
