On the occasion of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak celebrated the Holy Liturgy at the Church of the Virgin Mary in Paramus, NJ assisted by Very Rev. Fr. Saliba Alkassis, and in the presence of Very Rev. Fr. Andrew Bahhi, the Parish Priest, and other clergy from the local parishes.
In his sermon, His Eminence encouraged the women to take an example of the faithfulness and servitude from the Virgin Mary. He honored all those named Mary and congratulated them.
