On Saturday, June 5, 2021, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak, celebrated the Holy Liturgy at Sts. Peter & Paul in Southfield, Michigan. During the Holy Qurobo His Eminence elevated some of the youth of the church to the rank of, Singers (Mzamrone), Readers (Qoruye), and Sub-Deacons (Ofidyaqne), assisted by Rev. Fr. Imad Al-Banna the parish priest, and Very Rev. Fr. Augeen Alkhouri Nimat in the presence of Very Rev. Fr. Edward Hanna. In his sermon, His Eminence instructed the newly ordained shamoshe about the real meaning of being a servant of the holy altar. He also thanked Father Imad for his commitment and good service at the church, then he offered congratulations to them and to their families.
