On Monday, April 25, 2022, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak celebrated Easter Monday (Yawmo d Thnahto da Meetheh) at Mor Gabriel Syriac Orthodox Church in Haworth, NJ, in the presence of Very Rev. Fr. Aziz Hadodo, the Parish Priest and Very Rev. Fr. Joseph Shabo. His Eminence first blessed the congregation and wished them all a blessed Resurrection Day. In his sermon he spoke about Jesus’ resurrection being the reason of our salvation, and the importance to witness for the Risen Jesus by our deeds.
