On Friday, April 23, 2022 His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak assisted by Very Rev. Fr. Andrew Bahhi, celebrated the service of worship of the Crucifixion Of our Lord Jesus Christ on Good Friday, at the Church of the Virgin Mary in Paramus, New Jersey. In his sermon, he explained about the love of Christ and how He died for our salvation. At the end of his sermon His Eminence mentioned the abduction of the two Bishops of Aleppo and asked all the faithful to keep them in their prayers and ask our Lord to return them back safely to us and our Holy Church.
