On Sunday, June 26, 2022, Their Eminences Mor Dionysius John Kawak, and Mor Anthimos Jack Yakoub, celebrated the Holy Liturgy in the presence of V. Rev. Fr. Joseph Chamoun, and V. Rev. Fr. Andrew Bahhi, at the conclusion of SYG-USA in St. Mark’s Cathedral in Paramus, NJ. His Eminence Mor Dionysius thanked the parishes throughout the Eastern Archdiocese and the three local churches in New Jersey for helping to support and sponsoring the Youth to attend the SYG. His Eminence Mor Anthimos Jack Yakoub delivered his sermon about “The Life of God in the Soul of Man.” He explained to the faithful that one’s life cycle is like a larva living in its cocoon then blooming into a butterfly. “So when we let Christ live in us we should not ignore Him, but let Him free.”
