On Friday, October 28, 2022, under the auspices and in the presence of His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak, the Church of the Virgin Mary in Paramus, New Jersey, hosted a Farewell Gathering Night for Very. Rev. Fr. Andrew Bahhi.
The gathering was held to honor Fr. Andrew’s service to his parish for six years. Over four hundred parishioners, and guests from around the states attended the event.
His Eminence delivered a message to express his gratitude towards Fr. Andrew for his obedience to God, the service in his Church, and the spiritual leadership towards the Youth.
His Eminence also spoke directly to Abuna Andrew telling him that he is a blessing to our Syriac Orthodox Church; and that we pray our Lord Jesus Christ will lead him and guide him on his next journey in life.
We thank you and appreciate your service you have provided for us all through this time.
