On Monday, July 31, 2023, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak celebrated the Holy Liturgy for the Suryoye Teen Camp in the presence of V. Rev. Fr. Joseph Chamoun in the Chapel of the Mor Aphrem Center.
In his sermon he spoke to the children about Jesus being Vine and us being the branches which represents us having to be disciples who determine the result of good fruit. He told the teens that as the branch must stay connected to the vine so do we have to stay connected with our Lord Jesus Christ.
