On Monday, November 20th, 2023, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak was invited to an Ecumenical luncheon which was cosponsored by St. Vladimir’s Seminary and the National Council of the Church of Christ in the USA. The luncheon was in honor of His Holiness Catholicos Aram I of the Holy See of Cilicia of the Armenian Apostolic Church. After the luncheon His Holiness Aram I delivered a speech about his understanding of the Ecumenical movement and spoke about the current situation in the Middle East and Armenia. Archbishop Kawak greeted him in the name of our Syriac Orthodox Archdiocese for the Eastern United States.
