On Sunday, February 18, 2024, Their Eminence’s Mor Dionysius John Kawak and Mor Andrawos Bahhi celebrated the Holy Liturgy at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Paramus, New Jersey.
His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak welcomed him to his home and then His Eminence Mor Andrawos Bahhi delivered the sermon and spoke about the verse from Matthew 6:26 “Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?”
His Eminence reminded the faithful that this is how our Heavenly Father looks at each one of us, and that each one of us has a very significant and very big value. He concluded the sermon by mentioning “The Lord does not forget you, He is always on your side, and He loves you.”
