On Thursday, June 13, 2024, His Eminence Mor Andrawos Bahhi Patriarchal Vicar for Youth Affairs and Christian Education, celebrated the Holy Liturgy at the Mor Aphrem Center in Paramus, New Jersey on the joyous occasion of the Ascension of our Lord Jesus Christ, in the presence of His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak.
In his sermon, he spoke about the Ascension of our Lord and how we should lift our eyes to Him and embrace His teachings with unwavering faith and devotion. He reminded the faithful of the eternal hope and promise that Christ’s Ascension symbolizes for all of us.
After the Holy Liturgy, they gathered for an agape brunch lovingly hosted by the Mor Aphrem ladies, as a wonderful opportunity to share fellowship.
