On Sunday, July 23, 2023, in the presence of His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak, His Eminence Mor Andrawos Bahhi, Patriarchal Vicar for the Youth and Christian Education celebrated the Holy Liturgy at the Parish of the Virgin Mary in Paramus, New Jersey as the first time after his ordination as Archbishop.
His Eminence Andrawos Bahhi delivered his sermon about division and how we tend to point out each other’s faults and flaws which divides us from God and our relationships, friendships, and families. He also mentioned that in order to get ahead in life we tend to take advantage and use people in our lives to get a benefit for ourselves. He also reminded the faithful that when we pray for one another we should remember to pray for ourselves in order to be able to see and live in a spiritual way with God.
