On Monday, January 22, 2024, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak accompanied by V. Rev. Fr. Joseph Chamoun, attended the bishop meeting of the Standing Conference of Oriental Orthodox Churches (SCOOCh) at the Malankara Archdiocese in Old Tappan, New Jersey hosted by His Eminence Mor Titus Yeldho, Archbishop of the Malankara Archdiocese of The Syriac Orthodox Church in North America. During the meeting they discussed a number of pressing matters. After the meeting, the attendees gathered for an agape meal.
