On the evening of Wednesday, August 14, 2024, His Holiness Mor Ignatius Aphrem II presided over the ramsho (evening) prayer on the eve of the Feast of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, Mother of God (Yoldath Aloho)at Mor Gabriel Church in Haworth, New Jersey.
The service was held in the presence of His Eminence Mor Augeen Alkhouri Nimat, V. Rev. Joseph Chamoun, and V. Rev. Fr. Aziz Hadodo.
The prayers were attended by the faithful parishioners, alongside dedicated deacons and deaconesses.
The evening ended by honoring the Mother of God and bringing together the community in prayer and celebration with hymns about the Virgin Mary.
