On Sunday, February 22, 2026, Their Eminences Mor Dionysius John Kawak, Mor Dioskoros Benjamin Atas, and Mor Andrawos Bahhi celebrated the Holy Liturgy at our three local parishes in New Jersey.
His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak celebrated the Holy Liturgy at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Paramus, New Jersey, assisted by V. Rev. Fr. Joseph Chamoun. His Eminence Mor Dioskoros Benjamin Atas celebrated the Holy Liturgy at Mor Gabriel Church in Haworth, New Jersey, assisted by Raban Saliba Er, and V. Rev. Fr. Joseph Shabo. His Eminence Mor Andrawos Bahhi celebrated the Holy Liturgy at Virgin Mary Parish in Paramus, New Jersey, assisted by Rev. Fr. Gabriel Alkass and Rev. Fr. Joseph Shammas, in the presence of V. Rev. Fr. Aziz Hadodo.
During the Holy Liturgy, all three Archbishops read the Patriarchal Encyclical for the Great Holy Lent, delivered their sermons on the Wedding at Cana, highlighting its spiritual meaning and message for the faithful, and conducted the Service of Reconciliation (Shubqono). May our Lord accept the prayers and fasting of our faithful and grant us a blessed and spiritually fruitful Great Holy Lent.
