On Sunday, June 10th, 2018, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak celebrated the 10th Year Anniversary of the Ordination of Rev. Fr. Alan Shaltan at St. Ephraim’s Syriac Orthodox Church, assisted by Rev. Fr. Alan Shaltan in the presence of several of the Archdiocese’s Clergy. During the Liturgy, His Eminence decorated Fr. Alan with the Holy Cross.
After the Holy Liturgy, a dinner banquet was held at the Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln, RI. There were over 200 people in attendance to celebrate the event. Various members and organizations of the Parish of St. Ephraim gave speeches and presentations in honor of the event.
