On Monday, April 7, 2025, in the presence of His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak and the Clery, the children brought to life the profound story of the Resurrection of our Lord. Hearts were filled with joy at St. Mark’s Cathedral in Paramus, New Jersey, as the little students of God’s Children Academy Preschool performed the Passion and Resurrection Play. With angelic voices, the children sang hymns in both Syriac and English.
The play opened with a warm welcome from the Director of the Preschool, Mrs. Arij Chamoun, who extended her many thanks to the parents, friends, families, and teachers for their love and support always.
In conclusion of the play, His Eminence Mor Dionysius John Kawak graced the children and families by expressing his appreciation to all who dedicated their time and effort to bring this beautiful play to life.
With a lovely blessing, he wished each child and their families a Happy and Blessed Easter, reminding us of all of the significance of this sacred season.
